NOTE: Symbol denotes the following:
* - Encapto recommends ZD as a NAS only when APs are deployed locally. Based on our previous experience, it has been found that the portal page does not load properly when the APs are remote and have public IPs.
** - Speed limit enforcement doesn't work due to the current Ruckus Cloud firmware issue (up to version 5.2.2.0.325).
□ - Customer should contact Meraki support to enable Accounting and the ability to add domain names to the walled-garden (other than IPs).
1 - Customer should contact Meraki Support to enable domains in the walled garden.
2 - Authentication methods can be configured to verify the email addresses. In this instance, upon a user entering their email to log in, the user can stay logged in without completing the verification of their email. As a result, the emails gathered as part of the login will contain many unverified emails.
3 - MAC Login, refer to the Encapto Integration guide to enable MAC login.
4 - In instances where the WLAN vendor does not support MAC login, Portal auto-login is available to achieve the same functionality as MAC login.
5 - Content filtering, please take a look at our Content Filtering FAQ to see how to enable content filtering.
Only Mikrotik devices supports Clouddeck device status (Green - Online, Red - Offline) with Encapto integration.
