Introduction
The product configurator lets you build and set up the products and services that you want to offer to your customers.
From here, you can design the plans and add-ons that each product consists of, and you can see the entire version history for each product.
This is also where you can build and publish your customer-facing Web Store, where you can immediately start selling your products.

All Products
To view all available products;
- Log on to your account
- Navigate to the Products tab
- Click New to create a new product
- Search product by name
- Expand the product you would like to view/edit.
- Status of the product
- Published
- Draft
Creating a new Product
To create a new product;
- Log on to your account
- Navigate to the Products tab
- Click NEW button
Here you can enter the Product Details
- Enter the product Title
- Select the Currency
- Enter the product Description
- Add an Illustration (optional)
NOTE: This illustration is shown at the top of the page with the product title and description. If not provided, a stock graphic will be used in its place.
- Click Next
Here you can enter the Web store configuration - Select the Shopping Mode
- Simple shopping
Customers select a single plan and are presented with add-ons to upsell. At checkout, customers select an existing site or create a new site. Inventory is then automatically allocated to the selected site after the purchase has been completed. - Advanced shopping
Customers can select a mix of plans and are presented with add-ons per selection. After purchase, inventory can be manually allocated by logging into the portal and using the inventory management section. This allows customers to make a purchase for multiple sites in a single transaction.
- Simple shopping
- Enter an Advisory note (optional) - This is shown next to the purchase total to advise the customer of any additional details (e.g tax).
- Enter the Publish settings, URI - URI is used to generate a store web address. This should be unique for each product.
- Enter the Links settings - The links are shown when the user is signing up for an account.
- Enter the Privacy policy link
- Enter the Terms of service link
- Click Next

Add inventory to be allocated with the purchase of this plan. Note: certain inventory may only be available for single site purchase configurations, or in single quantities. Refer to Inventory Catalogue Guide to create new Inventory items.

- Select the Quantity
- Click Add

View Web Store
To view the Web Store for each product;
- Log on to your account
- Navigate to the Products tab
- Find and expand the Product
- Click View Web Store (this will open a new tab)
- In here you'll be able to look and feel what customers see in Web Store and modify as needed
Publishing and Retiring products
Publish a product
By default, all newly created products are saved as drafts, which requires publishing.
NOTE: Published products are locked from being edited.To make changes to a published product, you will need to create a new draft version as below Create a draft version section.
To publish a Product;
- Log on to your account
- Navigate to the Products tab
- Find and expand the Product
- Click Actions
- Select Publish
- Click Yes to confirm
Retire a product
To retire a Product;
- Log on to your account
- Navigate to the Products tab
- Find and expand the Product
- Click Actions
- Select Retire product
- Click Yes to confirm
Edit, Duplicate and Create draft products
Edit Draft Products
To edit a draft product;
- Log on to your account
- Navigate to the Products tab
- Find and expand the draft product
- Click Actions
- Select Edit
- Follow all the steps as above Create a new product section
Duplicate to a new product
To duplicate a Published/draft/retired product;
- Log on to your account
- Navigate to the Products tab
- Find and expand the draft product
- Click Actions
- Click Duplicate to a new product
- Follow all the steps as above Create a new product section
Create a draft version
To create a draft version of Published/Retired product;
- Log on to your account
- Navigate to the Products tab
- Find and expand the draft product
- Click Actions
- Click Create draft from this version
- Follow all the steps as above Create a new product section
